To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper combo, Bordetella, and Canine influenza.

To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for cats we require Feline Distemper and Rabies vaccine.
Pets above the age of six months must be spayed or neutered. Dogs that are only visiting The Wagging Club for bathing are not required to be spayed or neutered, but females cannot be in heat.
We can’t wait for you to see how much fun your pet is having at The Wagging Club. You may view your pet in the daycare play areas through our camera system on our website under your account.

Yes, reservations are required for all pet boarding. A 25% deposit is required for boarding reservations. A 50% deposit is required for boarding reservations during holidays (please see holiday information for details). Your reservation is not secured until we receive the deposit, and you receive confirmation from The Wagging Club.

Reservations and deposits are not required for daycare. We do, however, recommend making daycare reservations, especially during holidays, so we can safely staff and care for your pets. We take walk-ins but may not be able to accept them if facility if fully booked, which can happen during the holidays.

All pet evaluations are $30 per dog. They are required to stay a full day of daycare and a reservation will be needed. This is necessary so we can see your dog’s temperament and comfort level during group play. If you sign up for private care, we will be evaluating how your dog interacts with our staff, as they will be participating in 1-on-1 playtime. These interview appointments are available Monday-Friday with check in being between 7am-9am and check out being between 3pm – 7pm.

Not all dogs want to join the crowd, so we offer private daycare and boarding. This way your dog can enjoy 1-on-1 playtime and walks with one of our loving staff, and stay in a comfortable, safe place while you are away.
When you cancel before 48 hours of your scheduled reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded. During non-holiday times, your deposit will be converted to boarding/daycare/store credit if less than 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellation. Lastly, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if the event of a no-show or cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation during holidays (please see holiday information for more details). You will need to contact The Wagging Club directly to cancel if you are within the 48 hours window to not forfeit your deposit.
Holiday rates, deposits, and cancellation policies apply the 3 days prior to a holiday, day of holiday, and 3 days after the holiday. Holiday rates are additional $7 per night per dog. Holiday periods include New Year’s Day, Spring Break (determined by local school calendar), Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

We are fully closed to check-ins and check-outs on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Yes, we love our sweet, gentle older dogs. We take special care to sure they are only getting as much interaction as they would like, providing rest time if needed, and have orthopedic beds available for them. We also are happy to give medications, as long as our medication forms are filled out with all the details, which you may also go over with one of our staff.

We pride ourselves on cleanliness and safety. We have installed Aerapy air purifiers that use ultra-violet disinfection technology to kill viruses and bacteria pathogens in all our boarding and daycare areas. We also have a Cleanwise central vac system that keeps all our floors disinfected and clean throughout the day.

We require all staff be trained in Pet Guru College, pet CPR and First Aid. We have put in place strick procedures and protocols for all operations at The Wagging Club. Our top priority is for all the animals and humans in our facility are healthy, safe, and happy.
